Fremantle Pilots are proud to sponsor and be involved with the Fremantle Port Seafarers Welfare Committee initiative delivering Christmas Hampers to ships’ crews visiting Fremantle over the Christmas period.
There were many Maritime industry stakeholders donating money and providing 40 volunteers to pack ~700 Christmas hampers that will be distributed to seafarers visiting Fremantle over the coming weeks. This is more than double last years efforts of 300.
The hampers are full of goodies including Hats, snacks, chocolates, toys, moisturiser, calendars, and gifts to raise some Christmas jeer for those working away from their families and friends and helping to deliver all of our Christmas goodies to WA by ship.
A great effort by all stakeholders involved.
